Windows Vista Compatibility
With the rise in Windows Vista usage, questions are often asked about AudioMulch's Windows Vista compatibility. AudioMulch version 1.0 works with Vista so long as you enabled the "Run as Administrator" setting for the AudioMulch program icon. See Windows Vista compatibility in the AudioMulch FAQ for more information. Improved Vista support is under development.
Advanced workshops, Australia, July 2006
Thanks to the help of many people AudioMulch's creator Ross Bencina be presenting "advanced" AudioMulch workshops around Australia over the next few weeks. The dates are: Brisbane: July 3 & 4, Sydney: July 9, Adelaide: July 14, Melbourne: July 17. Details of what will be presented, who should attend, times and locations are available here.
Win AudioMulch in the Consumer vs. User remix contest
AudioMulch is one of the many cool prizes up for grabs in Stratagem Musik and Andrew Duke's Consumer vs. User remix contest, running from now until August 31. Two copies of AudioMulch are being given away, one of which will be awarded to the best remix made using AudioMulch. Even if you decide not to enter the contest, there are 385 WAV samples available for free download from Andrew's Consumer vs. User album.

21st February 2006 - AudioMulch 1.0 Released
AudioMulch is 1.0 is now available. This version includes over 40 new example documents contributed by community members, along with a number of bug fixes and tweaks. Please consult the release notes for a detailed list of changes in this release. A press release is available here.
The installer (3.41MB) is available from the download page.
Update 22/2/2006: if you registered a previous version of AudioMulch you can upgrade to AudioMulch 1.x for FREE using your existing registration code.
24th - 27th October 2005 - Dutch Mulch Week
Ross is currently a resident artist at STEIM in Amsterdam. At the end of the month a number of performances, talks and a workshop are planned. Including the Dutch Mulch Convention, a performance night at OT301 which brings together some of the best Dutch (and Australian) mulching talent. See the Dutch mulch week page for more details.
4th October 2005 - Discography Updated
The discography page has been updated. There are now 137 releases listed. Many of the listings link to sample tracks, so why not have a listen to some great AudioMulch music that's being made. If your releases aren't listed yet, please send details so they can be added.
