AudioMulch 2.2.5 Released

AudioMulch version 2.2.5 (Mac OS X) is now available from the download page. This is a compatibility update for Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 and later, including 10.11 El Capitan. It fixes a crash when selecting sound files with BubbleBlower, FilePlayer, LoopPlayer or Drums. To use AudioMulch on recent OS X versions please upgrade now. This is a Mac-only update, Windows users are not affected.

AudioMulch 2.2.4 Released

AudioMulch version 2.2.4 is now available from the download page. This is a stability update. It fixes several crashes and bugs in the LoopPlayer and LiveLooper contraptions, Audio Unit hosting and Network Synchronization. Check the release notes for the full list of changes. If you're using AudioMulch 2.2.0 thru 2.2.3 we recommend that you upgrade now.

AudioMulch 2.2.3 Released

AudioMulch version 2.2.3 is now available from the download page. This is a stability update. It fixes several crashes, bugs with LiveLooper, PulseComb and SDelay, and a number of plugin hosting issues (mostly on Mac). Check the release notes for the full list of changes. If you're using AudioMulch 2.2.0, 2.2.1 or 2.2.2 we recommend that you upgrade to this version.

AudioMulch 2.2.2 Released

AudioMulch version 2.2.2 is now available from the download page. This update adds 16 channel Mixer & Matrix contraptions and fixes bugs and crashes including a number of GUI issues on Mac. We recommend that users of version 2.2.0 and 2.2.1 upgrade to the new version immediately. Check the release notes for the full list of changes.

AudioMulch 2.2.1 Released

AudioMulch version 2.2.1 is now available from the download page. This update fixes three critical issues and two minor user interface issues in AudioMulch version 2.2. We recommend that users of version 2.2.0 upgrade to the new version. Check the release notes for a full list of changes.

AudioMulch 2.2 now available

AudioMulch version 2.2 is now available from the download page. New features and enhancements include: lower audio latency, support for routing MIDI output to external devices, improved MIDI and network clock synchronization, and MIDI-controlled snapshot switching for the Metasurface. A bunch of other enhancements and bug fixes are included. AudioMulch 2.2 is a free upgrade for licensed AudioMulch version 2 users.

New patch sharing area up and running

We recently added a new patch sharing section to the AudioMulch.com website where you can share AudioMulch sound processing patches and compositions. There are already a bunch of patches for you to try. Click here to visit the patch sharing area.

AudioMulch 2.2 public beta now available

AudioMulch 2.2 hasn't been released yet, but it is ready for beta testing. If you'd like to help test it, please contact beta@audiomulch.com and we'll give you access. You can read more about the current state of AudioMulch development in this forum post and on the "What’s Coming?" page. [UPDATE: we're no longer accepting new beta testers for version 2.2. The final version will be released soon.]

AudioMulch 2.1.2 Released

AudioMulch version 2.1.2 is now available from the download page. This update resolves a small number of high priority bugs. We recommend users of version 2.1.1 upgrade to the new version. Check the release notes for a full list of changes.

Girl Talk interview posted

We've posted a 25 minute four-part video interview with Gregg Gillis a.k.a Girl Talk. The interview covers in depth explanation of Girl Talk's production and performance techniques using AudioMulch. It provides detailed information for musicians interested in producing mash-ups like Girl Talk.

Girl Talk has used AudioMulch in his productions and performances since 2002's "Secret Diary."
