The spambots managed to infiltrate our defences over the last few days. Thanks to everyone who alerted me to the problem.
The spambots have been hammering the website with increasing intensity over the last few months. This has been causing problems with the moderation system. I apologise to everyone who has had their posts and comments delayed.
Last weekend it peaked at about 500 new spambot user accounts per day. Right now we don't have a permenant solution but I will upgrade the defenses in the next few days.
