I'd appreciate any helpful suggestions with an echo problem.  I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 with mic plugged in front jack and rear panel line out driving external equipment.  Audiomulch is set for 96kHz sample rate, ASIO driver type and Focusrite USB driver for input and output.  In Windows sound, Scarlett record/playback is set for 2-channel, 16-bit, 96KHz.  I'm hearing a slight echo on the Scarlett line output audio.  I tried muting the Playback level (Audiomulch knowledgebase suggestion for the echo problem) with no change.

Thanks, Barry

I just discovered that if I switch from ASIO driver to Windows Multimedia, the echo disappears.  I'd prefer to use lower latency ASIO so still would appreciate any tips on getting rid of the echo with ASIO.

Thanks

Usually it's the other way around (echo problem with WMME, no echo with ASIO). I'd recommend checking the ASIO driver settings for your device (click the Control Panel.. button on the ASIO audio driver page of AudioMulch settings), maybe there is some mixer for that device that is routing some of the input to the output.
