MIDI device setup with AM with Wine/Linux environment

I have successfully installed/ran AM under Wine in KXstudio (Ubuntu 10.04)
My issue is my Korg NanoKey is not being recognized by AM.
My first thought is to install the Windows driver under Wine on the C: drive?
