severe distortion when recording in audiomulch

I don't know if this should be posted here but it is an issue with the file recorder in audiomulch.

I've been using audiomulch for a while now and have hit upon a problem with the file recorded. Basically there is a severe discrepancy between the frequencies I hear while monitoring a recording and what is actually recorded.

This is particularly prevalent when using a mulch I created to quickly subvert the melody in a sample.

This mulch consists of two nasty reverb units (the output from the first being used as the input for the second) and a RingAM unit that processes the output from the second Nasty Reverb unit.

If I set the reverb time or wet/ dry values high I get quite complex sounds coming out of the speakers but all that is recorded is a sound similar to radio static. I can overcome this by recording to tape and then recording this to my computer using audacity but this is a clunky and time consuming procedure and I was wondering if anyone else had experienced a similar problem and if they had how they had overcome it.
