Is there a simple way to step through presets on a VST contraption ?

Hi. The short answer is no. The feature has been requested and I'm looking at making the whole presets selection thing more accessible in the future.

Perhaps someone else knows a workaround?

One of my requests also ;)

I'd love to see something like <> (previous, next) and another button next to that to popup all the presets. Just something more accessible upfront.

Just to change the subject slightly, there really are two separate things going on VST programs and AM presets:

AM presets: there is a "working" buffer where all the current parameter settings are loaded when you recall a preset. if you modify the settings you're modifying the working buffer, not the preset. to update the preset you have to store it again.

VST programs: the current program _is_ the working buffer, so you're always editing the program you've selected, there's not really a notion of store/recall, just switching pages.

It would be nice if i could work out a way to unify them.. but i havn't thought of a way yet and its been about 8 years :-)

some randomize (with percentage) with selectable parameters would be awesome too. A bit ot on the subject but it would be wicked!
