In the pic you can see that the container for the vst is larger than the vst interface, and in the intermediate area the border of the container will lag causing a stuttering glitch effect.
Which in turn makes me think of this video:

I have a feeling it's actually caused by the vst itself (that the size of the interface indicated in the vst is larger than the gui provided) but I thought it may be of interest in any case.
That is somewhat interesting, and not an issue I've ever seen with a plugin before. Can you tell me where I might find this plugin? Thanks.
