7/3/99 AudioMulch 0.8b1 Release Notes
Following the discovery that the few remaining bugs in version 0.7b6 were probably structural, I decided to press ahead with the restructuring required for version 0.8 and in the process hopefully eradicate the remaining bugs.Version 0.8b1 introduces new MIDI control and sync functionality, multichannel soundcard support, the ability to use VST plugins, and numerous user interface enhancements. Unfortunately time has not permitted completion of a number of new contraptions in development, these will be included in version 0.8b2.
There are many free and shareware VST plugins available on the internet, these can be used to augment the processes available within AudioMulch. To install VST Plugins place them in the VSTPlugins directory within the AudioMulch installation directory. There are a number of links to shareware VST Plugin sites on the Links page.
If you do encounter any bugs in this version please let me know about them and they will be fixed as soon as possible.
